Like myself, I am sure some of you have made some new years resolutions that involve losing weight, eating better, exercising more, etc. etc.
This year instead of "dieting" I have decided to focus on healthier choices, in my food, and in my exercise routine.
One of the obstacles I have come across being a busy mom of 2, is meal planning.
It's so nice to be able to plan your meals ahead for the week instead of waiting until 3 pm on Monday and stressing about what to make for dinner. Usually times like those end up with us eating something out of a box rather than preparing something fresh.
Sound familiar?
Well, I am sure you have heard of Kathy Kaehler.
Kathy has helped so many people over her career including many celebs like Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, and Nancy O'dell to name a few.
She has this thing called "Sunday Set up" which is so cool!
Here is a little blurb from her site about the Sunday set Up:
While it's great in theory, preparing fresh and healthy snacks and meals every day of the week can be quite the task.
Whether you're a mom or dad and feeding an entire family, or just want to be good to yourself, it can be time consuming and overwhelming. Instead of stressing about how you are going to pull it together day after day and night after night, Sunday Set-Up is your plan-ahead solution. The routine is that every Sunday you "set-up" your food for the week by shopping at your local farmers' market, natural food market or your regular grocery store. Kathy's weekly newsletter will show you from start to finish how to select, prep, and store your food so you are ready to quickly assemble healthy recipes throughout the week.
My friend Janette Mallory, who is a friend of Kathy's ,
has a post on her blog showing her Sunday Set up.
You can see it here.
Kathy offers a Sunday Set Up online club, and Janette loved hers so much that together they are offering a one year online membership to one very lucky my sweet savannah reader!
Not only that, but Kathy is also going to give the winner a welcome basket full of goodies!
Aren't you excited?
Go check out Janette's post on her Sunday Set Up right here.

Here's to a healthy 2013!
Thank you Janette and Kathy!
xoxo

I follow you blog! Love it! This is something I can totally use. I am too guilty of not planning and making dinner last minute or eating out instead which is not always the healthiest. This sounds great.
